The Service is currently in a beta testing phase, meaning it is still under development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality. You acknowledge that:
- The Service may not function as expected.
- Features and capabilities may change without notice.
- ReqChk is not responsible for any issues that arise from using the Service.
2. Use at Your Own Risk
- You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
- The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, errors, or disruptions caused by the use of this Service.
3. Data & Privacy
- The Service integrates with OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs for processing. Usage of these APIs is subject to their respective terms and conditions:
- We do not guarantee data security or confidentiality at this stage.
- We may use anonymised data for improvement and testing purposes.
- All uploaded files are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
4. Changes & Termination
- The beta version of the Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
- Your access to the Service may be revoked at our discretion.
5. Feedback & Reporting
As a beta tester, you are encouraged to provide feedback on bugs, usability, and feature requests.
Feedback may be used to improve the Service, and you agree that we have full rights to use any feedback provided.
